Do I need a bare panel or a full display assembly?

A bare panel is cheaper. A full assembly includes the lid, hinges and cable and is far easier to fit — and it is the better call if the hinge or bezel is damaged too. Bring the machine in and we will tell you which one you actually need.

Can I buy the screen and fit it myself?

Yes. Anything on our parts shelf can be bought outright. Match the part number printed on your existing panel before ordering — manufacturers use several different panels in the same chassis.

What does it cost to have you look at it?
