Store & Warranty Policy

This policy applies to products purchased from One Stop Computers & Repairs — in store, through our eBay store, or on Facebook Marketplace — as well as to repair services we perform. By completing a purchase or approving a repair, you agree to the terms below.

1. Warranty on Parts

We stand behind the parts we sell and install. Hardware parts supplied by One Stop Computers are covered against defects in the part itself. If a part we provided fails, contact us and we will make it right — repair or replacement of the part is at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, or issues caused by other components or software after the work was completed.

2. No Warranty on Software

Software is not warranted. This includes operating systems, drivers, applications, updates, configurations, virus and malware removal, and data-related work. Because software behavior depends on many factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee software against future issues, reinfection, or changes made after your device leaves our shop.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases and completed services are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on products or services once a sale is complete or a repair has been approved and performed. Please ask us any questions before you buy or approve a repair — we're happy to help you choose the right product or service.

4. Repairs & Estimates

You approve every repair before we begin. We provide an upfront estimate, and you decide whether to proceed. If we are unable to fix your device, you won't be charged for the repair itself. Diagnostic charges, where applicable, are disclosed before work begins.

5. Buying Online (eBay & Facebook Marketplace)

Items purchased through our eBay store are covered by eBay's checkout and buyer protection in addition to this policy. Items arranged through Facebook Marketplace are sold for local pickup or meetup in the El Paso–Anthony area. Every item is inspected and honestly described before it is listed.
