Consoles We Service

We work on PlayStation 5 & PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S & Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Whether it's a launch-model PS4 with a tired disc drive or a PS5 with a failed HDMI port, bring it in and we'll tell you exactly what's going on. Not sure if we cover your console? Just call 915-886-7098.

PS5 & Console Cleaning

The cheapest thing you can do for a console that has started running hot and loud.

A console that has been in a bedroom or on carpet for two or three years is full of dust. The fan spins harder to move air that can’t get through, the machine gets loud, and eventually it throttles or shuts itself off mid-game. People assume that’s a dying console. Most of the time it isn’t — it’s a heatsink packed solid.

A proper clean means opening it, removing the dust from the heatsink and fan properly rather than blasting a can of air at the vents, and replacing the dried-out thermal paste on the chip underneath. Compressed air alone usually just pushes the dust deeper into the machine.

We clean PlayStation 5 and PS4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. If yours is loud, hot, or shutting off during long sessions, this is where to start — before anyone talks to you about a repair. Call 915-886-7098 and ask.

What We Tell You Straight

Being straight about the limits saves you a trip and saves us both time.

No picture is usually the port

If it powers on and the fan spins, the console is almost certainly fine and the HDMI port is not. That is a repair, not a write-off.

Get it out of the cabinet

A console in an enclosed unit recirculates its own hot air. Overheating shutdowns sometimes stop entirely once it can breathe.

Stop using a drifting controller

Drift worsens with use and can wear the housing as well as the stick module, which makes the repair bigger.

We don't modify consoles

No jailbreaking, no chipping, no bypassing account locks. Those are somebody else's business, not ours.

What It Costs

The diagnostic is $99.95. It is paid up front, it is non-refundable, and it is credited toward the repair if you decide to go ahead.

You see the diagnosis and the full price before a single part is ordered. You approve it or you decline it — nothing happens until you say so.

No fix = no repair charge. If we can’t solve it, you don’t pay for a repair.
